1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on phatay, accessing our website, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phatay platform and refrain from creating an account.

2.3 Account Registration

To use phatay services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on phatay. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all accounts associated with you, forfeiture of any balances, and exclusion from future use of the platform. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification, at any time.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phatay account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phatay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

phatay accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. We reserve the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the original source if we determine or suspect that the deposit violates this policy.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals can be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

phatay aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals, and within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification and compliance checks. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, phatay reserves the right to request identity verification documents to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to prevent fraud. Failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner may result in delayed or declined withdrawal requests.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

phatay is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement exists to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

phatay offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. All games offered on phatay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party suppliers. We do not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence the results of any game beyond the stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge disclosed for each game.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative activity. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to any account balance, bonuses, and promotional winnings, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, we will process any outstanding withdrawable balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phatay and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to your use of the platform.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Assignment
